We're currently investigating an issue on the Covantis DocCreate platform that is affecting all users, preventing them from accepting T&C, and as such not being able to access the platform.
End user impact:
Users are forced to re-accept Terms and Conditions, however it fails and users can't access the platform.
We are treating this with the highest priority and our operations and development teams are currently investigating.
