We're recently experienced an issue on the Covantis DocCreate platform that affected all users.
End user impact:
Our third party authentication services provider experienced a brief outage, causing users to suddenly not be able to access the DocCreate application.
Our investigation shows the issue was resolved within minutes, and the platform is back up. We continue to treat this incident with the highest priority and our teams are monitoring the situation.
We believe the issue is already solved, however we are treating this with the highest priority and our operations and development teams are currently monitoring the situation.
